FAQ
Along with the rental of The Barn and Grounds, you have access to tables and chairs. The chairs are a Natural Wood Folding chair. The tables will include 20- 60” round, 10-48′′ round tables, 10-30′′ bistro tables and 4-6ft farm tables.
YES! We do have a PA sound system ( you will have to have someone to operate for your event). We also have an overhead projector located in the barn along with a discretely hidden electronic screen.
The bride and her party will be allowed exclusive access to the dressing room located off of the women’s restroom complete with a second exit to keep the element of surprise for your groom and guest.
It’s your special day and you should be allowed to build your dream wedding down to the last detail. For this reason we encourage you to choose your own caterer or even provide your own food. We do of course have several excellent caterers listed on our resources page, and are happy to assist you in recommending other local vendors should you need it.
On site parking is available in our designated parking lot which is located in neatly out of view of the ceremony site. Approximately 150 cars can be comfortable parked here. While we maintain a small grass lawn directly adjacent to the barn, we do keep this area free of vehicles for the simplicity of the barn and for the benefit of your photography. (cars in the background of your photographs are always undesirable.)
While we have decorated for numerous events at the barn, we don’t currently offer a package that includes decorating. However we are happy to design a
custom quote for you that would include decorating of the barn. As well as many
faux vintage decorations that is open for your use a no additional cost.
The barn is authentic down to the very last detail, along with many up to date amenities including heat and air conditioning.
Yes. In fact we recently opened our “Kitchen” that features state of the art appliances, ample layout space, and is located in the barn! Access to the kitchen is included with each rental.
YES!! This is one of the things that sets The Barn at Bridlewood apart from most other venues. We allow you to use any vendor that you wish, and a wedding planner is not required! In addition we have lots of good suggestions on our resources page, however these are just from our own personal experiences, and we in no way receive a commission or kickback from any vendor listed on the site.
